Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your LLWALE candle. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

International Returns Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
